Week one of boot camp is officially behind me! HOORAY! I should say HOORAY that I didn't actually pass out, although it was REALLY close on day 1. I must say I am extremely pleased with my week one efforts.
Things I didn't eat week 1:
- pizza (I did eat a teeny-tiny baby bite of Dana's piece)
- cupcakes (I did eat one small bite of icing today... but I passed up one at a bridal shower yesterday)
- cheese + bacon on chicken (I ate it plain)
- turkey legs (they looked DELICIOUS when we were downtown on Saturday...)
- the cheesy bite of the refried beans at the Mexican restaurant
Things I did eat / drink week 1:
- Chick fil A (however, I had fruit as a side and took the grilled chicken OFF the bun... so hard)
- a LOT of broccoli + grilled chicken
- a LOT of fruit and things with fiber
- more than 1 beer on Friday AND Saturday... DAMAGE!!
So other than the beers I feel like I did really well! I'm just taking it one day at a time, which is all I can do. I even got up and went to the 6am boot camp Friday morning! YAY me!
I will keep you posted on my progress. Sean wanted to take a 'before' picture of me, which I totally veto'd...
