Yesterday afternoon, Sean, Meagan, Ernie and I made a little visit to the Farmer's Market! I haven't been in a really long time, so it was really a fun experience! We were on the hunt for pumpkins (we tried to find a pumpkin patch complete with hay rides and more, but they were all closed on Thursday afternoon), mums, and fresh veggies and boy did we find them!
We didn't end up getting pumpkins, because we did in fact find a 
pumpkin patch in Gibsonville, complete with hay rides and more, that we will be visiting next weekend! But we did get fresh okra, apple butter, pumpkin pecan bread + banana nut bread, corn, potatoes, and tomatoes!! Delish!! I even made fried okra for the first time... not on Weight Watchers, but it was tasty!! Thanks for the recipe, mama!!
