This past Friday, the 22nd, marks the 1 year anniversary of Sean proposing to me. I can't believe in 3 short months we will have been married a whole entire year!?!? Time sure does fly when you're having fun, huh? I have said this before, and I'll say it again, he is, without a doubt, the best thing that has EVER happened to me!

I was searching some old sent emails the other day and ran across this one that I sent out to all my friends and family this time last year...

So, I have some happy news for you guys... Sean PROPOSED to me last night!!!!!!!! I'm still completely in shock, and can't believe this journey I'm about to go on with my best friend!! It's unbelievable!!

He should probably win an Academy Award or something for maintaining his composure, he never let on that he was up to something... it was a complete and total surprise!!

We went to the Blind Tiger, which is where we had our first kiss, to see a friend of his band play (or so I thought...). While we were sitting at the bar, just after the band began to play, he started unbuttoning his shirt. I was like, 'are you hot? What are you doing?'. He said he was going to take his undershirt off, because he was hot. So at that point I'm still not thinking much about it... until I look down and he has "Marry Me" written on his shirt!??!?!?!? All I could say was, 'what does your shirt say'... 'what does your shirt say'... over and over, 'what does your shirt say'... and he said, 'will you'? Of course, I said "YES" and it was the most unbelievable moment of my life!!! It was perfect, and it was the epitome of 'us' and everything I thought it would be!!!
I am so excited and wanted to share this happy, happy news with my friends!!! I'm attaching some pictures too!!
