The feedback I recevied from my agent was that his buyer had narrowed his search down to 2 properties, mine and 1 other. My sweet brother called tonight asking if I wanted him to put some fresh flowers or a candle in it tomorrow just as an added perk... wait, no, my brother is not gay, he is just extremely thoughtful... that did make him sound a little gay... anyway, what a great thought, Eric! And can you leave a note that says, "please pick me" as well!?!?
Leave a note ON the flower that says "pick me"...really - I will be in earnest prayer for this to happen for you guys tomorrow! Ask the guy what you could do to "sweeten the deal" - you never know what would work. A chance to meet the Pettys perhaps, race tickets, etc????
